A little bit about us

Luis Fernando Pérez, Ph.D.

Co-founder Savila Education, professor at IESEG (France)

I started my career in the oil and gas industry, solving complex supply chain and operations problems—because let’s face it, that’s a tricky industry. Now, I’m a professor at a business school in France, where I’ve been awarded “Best Professor” twice in the last 5 years.

During my PhD, I focused on operations research (answering questions like: How much inventory to keep? Where to place warehouses? How to deliver faster?). My goal is to help you think critically and solve challenges strategically, with Python and AI as your best friends

Stephania Kossman, Ph.D.

CEO Savila Education

I’m the one who makes things happen, and I’ll be your program coordinator at Savila Education.

After earning my PhD and working as a researcher, I started my entrepreneurial path—a tricky but rewarding journey that has taught me the power of persistence and creativity.

Now, I’m focused on building programs that help professionals grow, stand out, and achieve their goals. I’m obsessed with getting results and making sure everything we create is practical, impactful, and worth your time. My mission? To give you the confidence to be happy in your career.
