Supply Chain Analytics Portfolio · A 12-month program

You know your operations.
Now learn how to solve your problems with data.

Supply chain professionals learning the analytics and decision science the job actually requires,

not just theory far from reality. Designed for working practitioners, not students.

12 months · 4–8 hrs/week · 14-day money-back guarantee

The pattern most senior practitioners quietly recognize

The work nobody trained you for.

01

You spend your week firefighting.

The work that would prevent the fires never gets done.

02

You forecast from the gut.

You catch obvious seasonality — but you suspect the data is showing you more than you can see.

03

One inventory rule applied to everything.

You know products and customers behave differently. You don't have the tools and knowledge to set policies that reflect it.

04

You rebuild the same analysis every month.

Pull, clean, pivot, present. Then do it again.

What changes

Decisions you can defend. Risk you can quantify. The career where AI works for you, not against.

Walk into S&OP with a forecast you can defend.

Methodology explicit. Confidence intervals attached. The room listens differently.

Quantify risk before it's a crisis.

What a single-customer concentration costs. What a supplier failure costs. In numbers.

Become the person leadership calls for structural decisions.

Not just operational firefighting — the questions that shape the business.

Earn what your expertise is worth.

Because you can prove it.

The program

SCAP — Supply Chain Analytics Portfolio

A 12-month program that teaches you to solve supply chain problems with data analytics, data science, and operations research. You leave with a portfolio of real work — proof you can do the job, not a certificate that says you took a course.

A sequenced curriculum

300+ lessons in the order that builds the skill.

Not a YouTube rabbit hole.

A portfolio, not a certificate

5+ capstones projects.
Projects from your own work (group mentoring sessions). Built to be shown.

Code that adapts to your job

50+ runnable Python notebooks.
Applied to realistic data, not toy datasets.

Realistic supply chain problems

25+ case studies on inventory management, network design, forecasting, optimization.

The data tech industrial stack

20+ Python libraries, SQL, generative AI, Power BI,... Tools used to solve problems.

Small group. Direct feedback.

Bi-weekly live sessions, instructor feedback, career coaching, a real community.

Curriculum · 12 months · 6 modules

Skip the sequence and you get someone who
can build charts but can't defend a
recommendation.

This is master's-level operations research combined with the practical depth of a bootcamp. Applied directly to inventory placement, network design, capacity decisions, and the trade-offs you make every week.

00

Python and SQL foundations

NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib. Debug with AI. Connect Python to SQL to pull and manage data.

01

Descriptive analytics

Inventory turnover, OTIF, stockouts, demand variability. Storytelling and Power BI dashboards.

02

Diagnostic analytics

From what to why. Regression, causal inference, machine learning applied to delays and bottlenecks.

03

Predictive analytics

Demand, lead times, supplier risk. ARIMA, SARIMA, Prophet. Intermittent demand and forecast accuracy.

04

Prescriptive: simulation

Monte Carlo and discrete-event. Markov chains, scenario planning, digital twins.

05

Prescriptive: optimization

Facility location, inventory placement, routing. LP, MILP, metaheuristics, stochastic programming.

The Founders

Meet Steph & Luis, co-founders of Savila Education

Stephania Kossman

Co-founder · CEO · PhD in mechanics of materials

Steph is a former research scientist who left academia in 2023 to build her company. She now applies the same scientific rigor to designing how complex technical material becomes teachable to working professionals.

Luis Fernando Pérez

Co-founder · PhD in operations research

Luis is an active researcher and professor of operations research at a top business school in France, where he has been honored Best Professor twice. Before academia, he spent +7 years as a logistics and resources coordinator in oil and gas — the years that taught him the analytical knowledge and tools supply chain professionals are missing on the job.

Together, they co-founded Savila Education to close the analytical gap in supply chain. SCAP is its flagship: a 12-month program teaching supply chain professionals the analytics and decision science the job actually requires.

Competence builds proof · Proof builds confidence · Confidence creates impact.

Inside SCAP

The first cohort, in their own words.

The first SCAP cohort started in November 2025. A small group of supply chain professionals from across three continents, meeting live every two weeks, building portfolios on real problems from their own jobs. The program is still running. Here's what's happened so far.

Live sessions from the first cohort. We meet every two weeks for case studies, expert sessions, code nuggets, focus group, Q&A.

Hired at Decathlon. Three months in.

Luis started posting his case study work on LinkedIn during the first 3 months. He gained confidence. Decathlon found him through one of those posts. He was hired three months into the program. Without a polished portfolio, but on visible proof he could do the work.

“I'm finally connecting the dots on inventory problems I've been stuck on for years.”

— Luis

“The AI companion is great. It challenges me instead of just giving me answers.”

— Cam

“You provide way more value than the cost.”

— Ioannis

Frequently asked

The answers.

Do I need to know Python already?

No. We guide you step by step, even if you’ve never used Python before. You’ll learn Python as a tool for analytics and optimization in supply chain — no heavy coding background required.

We also show you how to use Gen AI to make your learning journey faster and easier.

What is the application process?

The form helps us understand your background, goals, and motivation — and make sure the program is the right fit for you.
If you’re truly ready to grow, you’ll shine in the process.

Who is this program for?

Supply chain, operations, and logistics professionals with 2+ years of experience. You don't need a technical background, but you should be making decisions in your role.

If you think that this is for you APPLY.

What makes this a new way to learn supply chain data analytics?
  • Problem-first learning → Start with real supply chain challenges connecting step-by-step to the the tools and concepts that you need.

  • Depth → Beyond dashboards and basic analytics: Automation, ML, optimization, simulation, solvers.

  • Research-backed learning methods → Lessons designed with behavioral science so complex skills stick.

  • Built by experts → Taught by researchers in operations research and analytics, who turn PhD and master’s-level knowledge into practical skills.

  • Real outcomes → A portfolio that proves you can solve supply chain problems with advanced analytics + confidence.

  • Human support → Small groups, fast feedback, close guidance on both projects and career steps

Can I do this if I work full time?

Yes. 4–8 hours/week depending on the module. Self-paced within a 12-month arc.

Why 12 months?

No shortcut to depth. Statistical forecasting, diagnostics, predictive models, simulation, and optimization have to be learned in sequence. Skip the sequence and you get someone who can build charts but can't defend a recommendation.

What support do you offer?
  • Bi-weekly live sessions to get clarity.

  • Private peer community to share and learn together.

What if the course doesn’t meet my needs?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Try it risk-free — if it’s not the right fit, email us at hello@savilaeducation.com for a full refund.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes — plus a portfolio of real projects, which is the actual differentiator.
Your portfolio of real projects proves that you can solve supply chain challenges with data (Python, data science, data analytics, operations research).

Why learn Python if Gen AI can code?

AI is a great assistant (that we will use in the program), but it only works as well as the instructions you give it. Understanding Python lets you:

  • Guide AI tools more precisely.

  • Troubleshoot issues.

  • Adapt AI-generated code to real supply chain problems.

In short: Gen AI helps, but Python + your expertise ensures the solution works.

Do you offer partial scholarships?

Yes, in specific cases. Email hello@savilaeducation.com with your situation.
